FULL POTENTIAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

An 8-month in-depth leadership program for those doing the most important work in the world. ​
Regardless of industry, we believe great leaders need to bring not only experience and intelligence to the table, but, maybe more importantly, self-awareness, empathy, and 21st Century perspective on leading people and systems. This program will connect you to innovative ideas, research-backed content, peers doing exciting work, and critical skills you will need to stand out as a next-level leader.

Personalized Observations and Feedback to Participants
Our facilitators will get to know participants and will provide direct and compassionate feedback to aid their development; small learning group teams also allow for this kind of intimacy with peers.

Leaders don’t ever need to be alone. Our program supports dynamic and authentic relationship building amongst participants. We curate cohorts to ensure a dynamic group of individuals that bring a wide-range of experience with overlapping values.

The Program is Lifelong, so it Never Sits on a Shelf
Alumni of the program enjoy ongoing support on lessons including: refreshers on each module annually; free bonus alumni sessions on key topics; lifelong access to all session materials and videos.

Our Facilitators are Practitioners, and They are Live and Accessible
All of our facilitators have deep histories as successful leaders in dynamic organizations and companies--we are not theoreticians, we are practitioners who have implemented the lessons we teach. We are live with you every session, as well as during monthly individual office hours.

Most great leadership programs are out of financial reach for those working to make the world better; they also tend to be out of geographic reach. Our live online model allows for a dynamic experience that is affordable and available no matter where you sit in the world, as long as you have a strong internet connection.

How It Works:

The program is broken into monthly modules that are a combination of Live Interactive Seminars (delivered virtually), Peer and 1:1 Coaching, and active learning outside of seminars. We meet twice a month: once for an Interactive Seminar (90 minutes) and once for a Peer Practicum (90 minutes). Additionally, you will have 6 months of monthly individual coaching session.

Participants must have access to high-speed internet and log in from a Zoom-compatible device for Seminars and Peer Practicums. You are committing not only to your growth and learning, but also that of other participants, so we ask you to treat sessions as if they were meetings that you are required to be in-person for.

In addition to live sessions, you should anticipate an additional 2-4 hours a month of coursework, practical application, and structured connection with peers.

Who It’s Right For:

In general, we are looking for potential and commitment to be a values-driven leader for the long term, as well as have the ability to influence your organization. This can take many shapes and have various titles. Our participants have been early-mid career Executive Directors, Founders, CEO's, Development Directors, senior leaders, directors of mission-critical departments, entrepreneurs, HR/Talent leaders, and consultants.

The program is online and interactive--building relationships with fellows across the globe in a live virtual classroom and coaching environment. We are looking for participants who are willing to commit to being present not only for their own growth but to support their peers' growth as well.

The Full Potential Leadership program is extraordinary, but it is not right for everyon
e. If 50% or more of the following descriptions fit you, then the program will too. You:
  • Hold a role that enables you to have some influence over the direction, strategy, culture, or key decisions of your organization 
  • ​​Are looking for tools and support to feel more grounded and have more energy in your life and at work as a leader
  • Want to expand your network of like-valued leaders, especially to tap into the wisdom of others
  • Have been leading people for a while, but know that the leader in you has yet to fully blossom
  • Care about how you show up as a leader, and want to become bigger and better for yourself, your team, your company, and the world
  • You are excited about your role but also feel a little lost at times and know you can grow in it​
  • Breathe deep in the face of challenges and then move into them…not away
  • Are roughly 5-15 years into your professional career (give or take…)
  • Currently lead people either as a manager or project lead

What This Course Is Not:

  • Boring group calls that you can multitask during
  • Fluffy cheerleading advice without actionable next steps
  • A static, pre-recorded course with an inaccessible teacher and no group dynamics
  • A management 101 course. We will be developing higher-level leadership skills in this course.

The Full Potential Leadership (FPL) program not only allowed me the rare opportunity to think about my personal development but it also forced me to build in time to do so. I would always look forward to the opportunity to engage with other likeminded leaders who reflected varied professions in nonprofit work and created a structured support system to tackle my personal work challenges.
